UT Article on distracted driving victim
San Diego Union Tribune Columnist Diane Bell has an interesting story in her column this morning on a local resident named Kay Marien, who was badly injured while jogging in La Jolla when a distracted driver ran her down. Unfortunately for Kay, being run over while jogging was not the end of the story. After months of surgery and treatment, she was recently rear ended by, your guessed it, a distracted driver.
