    A head on collision on State route 76 sent two people to area hospitals with unknown injuries.  At least one victim was taken to the hospital by the life flight helicopter.  According to the San Diego Union Tribune, a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer and a red Toyota Camry crashed head on.  Highway 76 was closed for about an hour and a half after the accident.  The accident occurred about 8:45 am, near old Highway 395.
